Based on my scientific gift of intuition, I have learned that when people have severe hangovers, it is at this time that they are at great risk of destroying brain cells.  Also, the pancreas is overproducing insulin.  This is extremely unhealthy for the body.  I have also learned that when one takes four BioClair Digestive Enzymes capsules during the hangover experience, it quickly reduces the hangover feeling, usually within 30 minutes, and it stops the pancreas from producing insulin.  

As we are still going through an education process together and trying to understand how the BioClair Digestive Enzymes work, I--being my own guinea pig and having the ability to discern/intuit myself--discerned that when I drink black coffee, it does not trigger my pancreas to release any insulin.  However, when I add cream to my coffee, it causes that drink to have a positive charge, which triggers my pancreas to release insulin.  If I were to add cream and white sugar to my coffee, it would also cause my pancreas to release insulin.

Just a minor tip today:  over-boiling your food destroys the integrity of the enzymes in the food.  You are much better off to steam your veggies.  

Microwaving food should be avoided at all cost.  Microwaves behave similarly to gamma rays, which are the number one causal factor to damage cells, causing them to release neutrinos into the body, and activating cancer in healthy cells.  Please stay away from microwave cooking.  Let your restaurants know that your food is not to be microwaved when you place your order.

Many of us have been brought up to believe that we get nutrients from certain foods, just like in the 1950's, when doctors were advertising how safe it was to smoke cigarettes.  

What I have decided to do is to talk about table salt in our next broadcast on Sunday, December 16, 2018.  I am going to talk about the spleen, the kidneys and any other organ that I have discerned that plays a role in white table salt disease states.  It comes down to the imbalance of enzymes that our body is able to manufacture, that eventually get shut down due to the consumption and over-consumption of white table salt.  In the meantime, talk to your retail grocer/supplement store and practitioners to let them know about this broadcast.
